Week 35 Survey

How far along? 35 weeks (and 1 day)

Total weight gain/loss: We'll see tomorrow...I'm thinking up a little.

Maternity clothes? Yep

Stretch marks? No new ones...but I've been using some Burt's Bees belly butter because my belly is getting itchy!

Best moment this week: Getting more of Addie's room ready...we're off to buy a Pack 'n Play today!

Movement: Lots of rolling around. I think she's finally starting to run out of room!

Food cravings: Peanut M&Ms...finally a food! :)

Gender: Girl!

Labor Signs: Nope

What I miss: Just sleep. :)

What I am looking forward to: Our appointment tomorrow!

Weekly Wisdom: Take lots of naps. :)

Milestones: She's close to her birth length & just gaining weight now!

Week 34 Survey

How far along? 34 weeks (and 1 day)...6 weeks to go!

Total weight gain/loss: I was down a pound again on Friday. That means 4 gained total.

Maternity clothes? Yep

Stretch marks? A couple.

Best moment this week: Telling my boss I only want to work 10 hours/week at the most. I'm a photographer & it is sooo not easy anymore! I can't bend/sit/crawl around on the floor chasing after kids like I did before! I also told her that I don't want to work alone anymore...I'm kinda afraid that I'm going to go into labor and have to leave a studio full of customers just sitting there! :)

Movement: Tons. She's head down, but she likes to kick both legs out to the side (my sides) at once now. It's not the most comfortable thing in the world, but I know she's healthy!

Food cravings: Not food. Apple juice. And grape Gatorade.

Gender: Girl!

Labor Signs: Nope

Belly Button in or out? Still in, but very very shallow now.

What I miss: Nothing, really.

What I am looking forward to: My next doctor's appointment! It'll be the first time the doctor checks me (ok, that's not so fun), but then I think we'll be going to weekly appointments.

Weekly Wisdom: I'm still just trying to enjoy every moment. We really can't believe how fast this pregnancy has gone.

Milestones: Measuring right on track, so 34 weeks now. She's supposed to weigh between four and five pounds and be about 18 inches long!

Week 33 Survey

How far along? 33 weeks!

Total weight gain/loss: We'll find out on Friday.

Maternity clothes? Yep

Stretch marks? No new ones.

Best moment this week: It's not pregnancy related, but our studio won a company award recently, so we got a gift card to use on a work party. The three of us (out of five) who could make it went to The Melting Pot on Monday. :)

Movement: She has been very active this week, at all times of the day. I'm pretty sure my ribs are bruised from all the kicking. :)

Food cravings: Chocolate. And orange juice. :)

Gender: Girl!

Labor Signs: Nope

Belly Button in or out? Still in.

What I miss: I'm learning to live with the lack of sleep, so I'm really not missing anything. :)

What I am looking forward to: Hearing her heartbeat again at our appointment on Friday!

Weekly Wisdom: I'm just trying to enjoy every moment of being pregnant, because we have less than 50 days until she's here!!!

Milestones: From babycenter: your baby weighs a little over 4 pounds and has passed the 17-inch mark.

Week 32 Survey

How far along? 32 weeks, 1 day!

Total weight gain/loss: Not sure this week, I don't think it has changed, though

Maternity clothes? Yep

Stretch marks? Just the old ones.

Best moment this week: Hitting the 8 month mark!!!

Movement: Tons and tons of wiggling around. Not so much on the hard kicks anymore. (except for the ones to my ribs...those she can still manage!) :)

Food cravings: I just got home with a cherry slush from Sonic. I needed it. ;)

Gender: Girl!

Labor Signs: Nope

What I miss: Still missing sleep.

What I am looking forward to: Adelyn's crib set comes in the mail tomorrow...then I get to start decorating her room! :)

Weekly Wisdom: A nap + a microwaveable heat pack = best combination ever!

Milestones: From babycenter.com: By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds and is about 16.7 inches long. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). --Sidenote from me...I was bald until I was two. Just in case she takes after me (and even if she doesn't...) I ordered a bunch of headbands, hats & bows for her on Etsy. :)
